Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship throughout Australia.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the parcel, and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are typically shipped using reputable postal or courier services such as Australia Post or other trusted delivery providers.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This allows you to follow the progress of your parcel during delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

My Moon Magick is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions or circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
