Thank you for shopping with My Moon Magick. We take great care in preparing and packaging our products. If you experience an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of many of our products, including handmade, ritual, herbal, and natural items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following resolutions where appropriate:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • A refund

Items must not be disposed of until we have reviewed the claim.

Natural Product Variations

Many items sold by My Moon Magick contain natural materials, including herbs, crystals, bones, shells, botanicals, and other ritual ingredients.

Variations in:

  • colour

  • size

  • shape

  • texture

  • natural imperfections

are normal and not considered faults.

These natural differences are part of the unique nature of the materials used in our products.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Herbs and botanical products

  • Ritual ingredients and curios

  • Spell candles or ritual items that have been used

  • Opened or used products

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund as required under Australian law.
